I've found the group to be right on time with where I was at with my health journey. I knew I needed to pay more attention to my health I just didn't know where to start, the group has helped me with knowledge and support. Offering a space to gradually get back into being more actively with the weekly walking football. Great stuff and well needed resource for men.

I joined the Men's Health and Wellbeing Group because I was referred by a healthcare professional to connect with other men and receive support through my mental health journey. I've found it a really safe and welcoming space to have a chat and learn more about various topics.

The group is a great community to be a part of, informative talks from industry professionals and the opportunity to get questions answered. Would recommend to any men to join if you're looking for friends, support and a new outlook on your health. This is a gamechanger and something that I think more people should know about.

I came to one of the Men's Health and Wellbeing events, Prostate Cancer Awareness and it was great to hear from 3 professional guest speakers with Prostate expertise and real life experiences, that were able to answer questions, signpost to resources and allow for discussion. Really well organised event and I now look forward to attending the next monthly meeting!
